The bag came in a reasonable time frame, it's really nice and well made, great quality and a bargain at the price for real leather. It's very raw, rustic, you know its made from animal skin, it's not coated like most bags, almost a bit like suede, I really love mine. Would buy from them again, but probably not for ages because I'm sure this bag will last me for years.
