If your personalised item arrives damaged or faulty, we will gladly replace it for you. Please get in touch with our customer service team within seven days of receiving your order, providing detailed information and, if possible, photographs of the damage or fault.

Upon verification of the issue, we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged or faulty personalised item at no additional cost to you. Please ensure that the item remains unused and in its original packaging for replacement.

Warranties are a great way to protect your purchases! The best part is that we offer 365 days** on all our products which includes,


  • Repair or replace goods (or part of them)

** Warranty applies for full price products only. Sale items not included under our standard warranty. We cover 60 days of standard warranty for sale items which includes free repair or resupply or fix the damage part.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
